Without complaint or blame any longer. A holistic understanding arises that eventually dissolves into emptiness. This feels like I have been &#8220;released&#8221;&#8230;. sometimes there is a release of energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I usually am excited about the next challenge&#8230;. cos at the end of any difficulty, its the lessons and wisdom that remain&#8230; not the difficulty. With right practice (and time), the scars go too. And hence&#8230;.
