Yes, a fair amount of experience!
If you are sitting, lie in shavasana and allow the energy to move freely through you. Breathe deep but slowly and simply allow. If you have access to a lawn, practice on it.
Incorporate a daily gentle yin yoga routine into your practice. Avoid other forms of yoga till you become comfortable with the energy movement or it stops permanently.
Not all energy movements are kundalini necessarily. And even if it is, there are many gradations to it. Dont get carried away by internet info.
Develop a grounding practice. You can google this. You can also try meditating after your grounding practice and see if it helps.
There really is nothing to be scared of. Think of it as a disowned part of you waking up.
