Embodying detached awareness

Anything that we want to let go off has a particular imprint. This imprint may be felt physically (sensation), psychologically (ideas, thought, emotion, feeling), energetically (movement) or a combination of the above.

By embodying detached awareness and then bringing to our meditation that which we want to let go off (repeatedly over time), we begin to see how this thing impacts each of the above dimensions. We then understand initially and eventually realise that this person (for e.g.,) that we let go off impacts me in such and such way and triggers my own insecurities and shadows in such and such ways. Since we are embodying detached awareness, the thing we letting go off now has space to move.

Or you can just gently attentively breathe and relax. Calm ease. Things tend to take care of themselves.
